The 2010 DSD Kick-A-Thon was a great success! Not only did we reach our fundraising goal, but we had 20 students participate in performing nearly 25,000 kicks! Prizes were awarded for winners of competitions and for the top fundraisers. A big thank you to our Top 4 Fundraisers: Caitlin H Annabelle S-A Sarkis N Isaiah S-A Well done to Hannei K who performed 1,260 kicks on the day and Callum J who performed 1,300 kicks on the day (including some tough squat kicks at the end!). A big thank you to Craig L who did all the catering during the day and did an excellent BBQ! Thank you also to Grandmaster Geoff who ran the KO seminar after the Kick-A-Thon and put everyone to sleep! This was a great day and much fun was had by all! Thank you to all those students who put the effort in to support our Dojang!  |
